On behalf of the Premier Men's Chorus of Summer Harmony I wanted to thank you for catering our picnic at Emmaus Community Park yesterday, August 24th. The food was delicious, and your staff members worked efficiently.

I wanted to thank you for a great meal at our Booster Dinner. The steaks were enjoyed by all and the service was wonderful. Thank you most of all for being flexible and moving the dinner up to the Dining Hall. The new location worked out very well and the weather helped out too.

I wanted to thank you for doing such a great job with the food for our block party on Roja Lane in Mertztown this past Saturday. You guys were right on time and the food was good, hot and plentiful!! Everybody was happy with it and was glad we went the catering route this year. Cleanup was a breeze, too! (My favorite was the chicken - it was the best I've had in a long time)

On behalf of Crime Victims Council of the Lehigh Valley, I would like to thank you for the wonderful job you and all of your staff did at our recent Rally Through the Valley Motorcycle Run and Pig Roast. All of the staff that worked at the Pig Roast in Emmaus Community Park were extremely kind and professional, even when faced with more than 700 hungry bikers. I personally received numerous positive comments about the food and the servers and absolutely no complaints. This was our eighth year of holding the Rally, and by far the largest. We could not have had such a successful event without the support of friends like you. You truly do make a difference in our organization and in the lives of victims of violence. Thank you again for everything.

I just wanted to write a quick note to say Thank You to your staff for a tremendous lunch at our Retiree's Picnic. As always, the food you provided was delicious. The pig roast was a huge hit for the retirees, and it was cooked perfectly. Your staff (I can't remember their names) that set up and served the food did a great job of setting up the serving lines and keeping the food well stocked. I was very happy, but even more importantly, the retirees were very happy. They had nothing but good things to say about your staff and the delicious food. Thanks again for a job well done.
